Researching ServiceNow capabilities, emerging features, and practical use cases to better understand how platform solutions can be applied. This also includes exploring AI-related topics and turning findings into actionable ideas and learning material.

Project Coordination

Coordinating ServiceNow training and content initiatives from planning to delivery, including session preparation, resource organization, speaker coordination, and supporting materials for live sessions, meetings, and internal learning activities.

Training & Content

I create structured ServiceNow learning content through slides, walkthroughs, tutorials, and live sessions. The goal is to explain modules and platform concepts in a way that feels practical, not overly theoretical.
